Welcome to the terms and conditions for Nafha Since Nafha is a project specialized in perfume trade, and between us and our customers there is a business relationship, we must clarify to our customers the terms and conditions that regulate our contractual relationship when making purchases in a simple and clear way, and therefore we are pleased to explain to you all our terms and conditions that have been agreed upon and they are as follows: 1- For your safety when purchasing and using the product: It is strictly forbidden to change the chemical substances of the perfume or mix them with any other ingredients of any kind, and it is forbidden to expose it to high temperature or ignite fire near it or drink it or leave it within the reach of children, and in case of any of these damages or similar, we completely disclaim our responsibility for this matter and it will be entirely on the customer’s responsibility. 2- Everything in “Nafha” company is private property and it is strictly forbidden to steal any property belonging to the company. 3- You can agree with us to sell our products through the option of “mediation”, taking a certain percentage that is agreed upon, and you can offer this option by contacting us by clicking on the settings then clicking on the option “contact us”. 4- In case of dissatisfaction with the product after receiving it, you can return it or exchange it with a smooth and complete refund of the money paid, and this is done by contacting us through the option “contact us”, and the return request is not accepted if you have used the product for 7 days, and in case of wanting to benefit from this condition, the shipping cost is on the buyer. 5- All our products are shipped completely free of charge within Turkey, and this item is subject to change later, and in case shipping fees are imposed later, they will appear in the application when completing the purchase process and added to the invoice value. 6- “Nafha” reserves the full right to close or temporarily suspend user accounts in case of violating or breaching its laws, and this decision is taken after evaluating the violation. 7- In case of ordering the product from outside Turkey, you must take into account the conditions and laws of the country in receiving the products, and we are not responsible at all in case of rejecting the product if it violates the customs conditions in the country from which the product was ordered, as well as the shipping cost in this case is on the customer’s responsibility. 8- If you encounter any problem or inquiry, you can contact us via the option “contact us”, and we will respond to your inquiries as soon as possible. 9- We have the full right to change any of these terms in the way we see fit, and all users are notified when making any change.
