Shipping Policy

To ensure a smooth purchase process, we kindly ask you to carefully read the following terms: 1- The agreed product price includes what has been clarified, whether it’s for the products themselves, shipping, or tax. 2- If you wish to return a product, this must be done within one week from the date of receiving the product. The product must be in good condition, with minimal use, and without damage to the box or packaging. 3- If you wish to exchange the product instead of returning it, you will only bear the cost of return shipping and any additional shipping charges. 4- In the case of returns, the refund amount will be issued after deducting the shipping cost, once the product has reached us and has been confirmed to meet the specified conditions. 5- If you fail to collect the product, you will bear the shipping and return costs, and these expenses will be deducted from the paid amount. The remaining amount will be discussed for either re-shipment or cancellation after deducting the mentioned costs. 6- If incorrect address information is provided, the product will remain with the shipping company for three days. If an issue arises, you will bear the cost of re-shipment. 7- For shipments outside Turkey, the buyer is responsible for any customs fees imposed by the government (this includes Turkish Cyprus or any other governmental authority that may impose customs or similar fees).
